My background is in strategic and transformational project delivery, from solution architecture to process design and program management. I have worked with businesses of every maturity level to deliver human-led design for go-to-market teams.
As a Delivery Director, I work with our clients to build customer-first Roadmaps, and drive architecture and process best practices by coaching internal and external teams on customer-first design.
Outside of work, I love to ski and I try and go diving 2 or 3 times a year. I also spend a lot of time listening to music, both at home and live. I am also a mega movie nerd.
