Let’s Slack Together

We love ourselves some slack (ok, it’s a love hate relationship), and we know it’s valuable in order to stay aligned and communicate in real time.

Slack has a feature called Shared Channels. This allows you to stay in your own slack, but have a channel where you can reach us. There are 2 ways to set this up.

Shared channels look and feel like normal channels, but have people from two different companies inside. Everyone can discuss work, share files, and create results in a shared space.

How to create a shared channel:

1. Accept the Invite

You’ve received a custom link, which will take you to slack to accept our shared channel. If you are not the admin, it will send your admin an approval prompt.

4. Get admin approval

Depending on your settings, the invitation will be sent to an admin on both teams for approval. Admins can manage shared channels invitations by clicking on their workspace name > Administration > Manage shared channels.
