What Does a Revenue Operations Partner Do?

Glad you asked! Go Nimbly works with SaaS companies to identify and fix gaps in their customer experience through Revenue Operations.

Gap-first thinking is the key to aligning your teams and make sure you’re doing the work that closes high-impact gaps in your customer journey.

By closing those gaps, you increase retention, loyalty, evangelism, and overall LTV.

Now, let’s talk about how we do it.

Subscription Service

While we don’t offer software (yet!) we are a subscription-based service. This allows us to give our customers maximum flexibility and eliminates the pressure for them to make a long commitment before seeing what we can do.

Being subscription-based also means that internally, we operate the same way many SaaS companies do. This helps give us an even better understanding of the pains our customers face and how to fix them.

Our plans are flexible and based on your company’s stage and needs. In addition to our Impact plans, we offer executional support hours that never expire, RevOps workshops, and coaching for your team.

An Extension of Your Team

As consultants, we’re aware of the preconceptions that come along with the title.

If you Google “consultant stereotypes” (or maybe you don’t even have to), results range from the idea that they are nothing more than a quick fix, to the concern that bringing consultants into your organization will lead to your internal teams being steamrolled.

We don’t do any of that.

In reality, we consider ourselves your Revenue Operations partner and an extension of your team. Your success is our success.

Meeting You Where You Are

Like any good SaaS company, Go Nimbly is structured to change and grow with our customers.

Our product is Revenue Operations, which means that wherever you are in your journey, we’re here to get you to the finish line.

Being tool-agnostic, we can and will work with any tech stack.

If needed, we can make recommendations to supplement what you’ve already got.

Part of our process is to learn the ins and outs of your business as it exists today in order to find the gaps and close them.

1700+ Revenue-Impacting Workstreams Completed

We get it. Hiring an outside company to be your Revenue Operations team feels big.

One question we get a lot is, “Why Go Nimbly instead of an in-house hire?”

Here’s the thing. The majority of challenges facing SaaS companies today are things we’ve seen—and solved—before.

To date, we’ve completed over 1,700 workstreams and evaluated their impact on revenue.

We are generalists with an entire company of skilled resources to help get you where you need to go.

For now, though, we’d love to simply answer your questions.
